Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) Q: WHEN WILL THE DRAWING BE HELD? A: Monday, October 16 Q: DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT TO WIN? A: No! Q: IF I WIN, DO I HAVE TO CHOOSE FROM THE 3 EXAMPLES SHOWN? A: No! You can use the travel voucher toward a trip ANYWHERE you'd like to go. Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I WIN? A: The winner will receive a $3,000 travel voucher to be used toward a trip to the destination of their choice. They will work with Storybridge’s participating Travel Agent, Jessica Grider, of Amarillo Travel Network to plan their trip and book by September 1, 2024. The winner will be notified no later than October 18, 2023 via email or phone from a Storybridge staff member. Contact information of the winner and travel agent will be shared with both parties so that the trip planning can begin! Q: HOW WILL THE WINNER REDEEM THE TRAVEL VOUCHER? A: The travel voucher will be redeemed by Amarillo Travel Network through Storybridge once the winner finalizes details of their desired trip. Q: WHO DO THE PROCEEDS OF THE RAFFLE BENEFIT? A: All proceeds from the raffle will directly benefit Storybridge Inc. in Amarillo, TX. Give kids books, change their story! Terms & Conditions: Travel voucher cannot be redeemed for cash. Travel voucher cannot be used for airfare only. Travel voucher must be redeemed a minimum of 45 days prior to travel. Trip will be booked and travel voucher will be redeemed through Jessica Grider, Travel Agent, of Amarillo Travel Network once winner finalizes details of desired trip. Trip examples on flyer do not represent the final travel product. Travel must be customized by the winner. Travel voucher expires SEPTEMBER 1, 2024. |
