Book Bank Programs
BOOK BASH
Schools that are over 80% Free/Reduced lunch can apply for a campus-wide free book distribution event. That means every student at that school is eligible to choose free books!
We used to call these "Free Book Fairs," and that's probably the easiest way to understand them. IMPORTANT DETAILS:
The school must be 80% or higher F/R lunch.
Must apply at least 4 weeks in advanced of your preferred date.
WE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
Parent Communication: You’ll receive an approved flyer with information for parents.
Books: Storybridge will deliver a wide variety of books for PK-5th grade.
Support Staff (if desired): The school has the option to facilitate the Book Bash with their own staff or request that a Storybridge team come facilitate the event to ease the burden on school personnel.
BOOKS ON WHEELS
Schools and organizations can request a visit from our mobile Book Trailer.
IMPORTANT DETAILS:Due to our summer programs, Books on Wheels runs during the school year only (September-May)
Please make your request at least 4 weeks in advance of your preferred date. While we do our best to accomodate every request, submitting a request does not guarantee that a visit can be scheduled. All visits are subject to availability.
Standard Book Trailer visits allow each child to choose one free book.
Preference will be given to events serving at least 50 kids as well as populations with the highest needs.
We don’t do birthday parties. 😊
